Perfectly acceptable for the price, especially given the location. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked fine, though the furnishings are simple and dayed. The $18/night charge for parking is annoying, but understandable given the proximity of the airport. Didn't eat there so I can't comment on the food quality but it was nice to have a restaurant on site (Uno's Pizza). I would definitely stay here again if I had another early flight out of O'Hare.
Nice Hotel for the price. Bed is comfortable and the room is pretty clean, esch room has a little "living room" area with 2 TVs on the room. Restaurants at the lobby and right next door.
Good room, great price. And a speedy shuttle to ohare. Recommend it if you find yourself stranded in chicago due to snow. Allowed us to check in early too.
To the front desk ladies, thank you for being so friendly! The security guard who struck up a conversation with my son and I before I sent him to move across the country...I needed that conversation more than you will ever know. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF, THEY WERE INCREDIBLE
Clean, comfortable, quiet. Got the room for a last minute trip, great price! Near airport. Being attached to the Pizzeria Uno was a plus! Great Pizza there, though a bit costly.
Clean room. No complaint about that. Simple yet great breakfast. Fast checking. Shuttle service to airport too. Great service and welcome by Miss Lexi. She helpful and friendly too.
Not a bad hotel, and the staff and service was fantastic. The rooms are pretty cheap and you get what you pay for to a degree. There was a fridge and microwave, as well as a sitting area in my queen bed room which was quite nice, but the room definitely felt outdated with a small tv, slightly torn chairs, and a kind of musty scent. Still, the room was clean and everything worked perfectly fine, its a budget hotel by the airport and it gets the job done. The shuttle service was also amazing and the drivers were great to use. Between the hotel, the airport, and the train station we probably saved ~$100 on ubers
